The following refund policy applies to all products except those stating their own refund policy with the product description:
- New Accounts : To open an account, an initial order of 12 pieces is required and you can mix size, color and styles.(Not including accessories)
- Minimum re-order: There is a minimum of 6 pcs.
- Payments: Only credit card, cash, paypal, and wire transfer. For international wholesale orders, we only accept wire transfer or paypal.
- Returns: Absolutely No Returns
Internet Policy
Retailers' internet websites may neither advertise, nor in anyway, display sweetiedresses(sweety dresses)’s name, logo, or product images without prior written approval from sweetiedresses(sweety dresses). The use of any photos from our company website is strictly forbidden.
Return Policy
- Your satisfaction is very important to us. There are no Returns or Exchanges.
For defective products please contact us immediately(within 48hours thru e-mail or phone call) upon receipt of the package.
Please call us to obtain instructions regarding the return procedure. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
sweetiedresses(sweety dresses) is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen items, or other shipping errors caused by the delivery carriers.
Out of Stock
- In case a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified within 1 business day (excluding weekends) after the date of the order. The order will be shipped as soon as the new stock comes in.
